Proyecto Hermanas White Blend

A white blend from Proyecto Hermanas, a project of Bodega Lagarde in Mendoza's Uco Valley named for sisters Sofía and Lucila Pescarmona, the third generation to run the family winery. The blend brings together Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Viognier at 13.4% ABV, fermented fully dry with just a touch of oak.

Expect stone fruit and citrus up front with herbal notes underneath, a wine built for the table rather than sipping alone. Good with fish, seafood, or a cheese plate.
