Ca' di Prata Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry, Organic

An organic Prosecco Spumante from Ca' di Prata, made from Glera grapes in the Extra Dry style, which carries a touch more sweetness than a Brut without ever tipping into dessert wine territory. At 11% ABV, it pours light and soft.

Expect Meyer lemon, yellow pear, and sliced apple, with a soft, creamy texture underneath the bubbles. Good on its own, or alongside something salty.
